Booking Information

• All room prices are per person and day.
• All room prices are without resort tax.
• The resort tax amounts to €2.80 per person/day (no resort tax for children up to 14 years)
• Single room surcharge: €20 per person/day
• Double room  for single occupancy (depending on availability and by prior request): per night 25% surcharge in the desired category
• Discount for overnight/breakfast (without dinner) : €15.00 per person. The Price for dinner is Euro 30,00 by booking directly in our hotel
• Short stay supplement (less than 3 days) : We reserve the right to charge a short-stay supplement (acc. to individual offer).
• The price differences are related to the different room sizes.

• All holiday packages have been calculated based on the second room category.
• Should you select a different category, a surcharge or discount is applied accordingly.
• The package prices are per person for the period given.

Discounts apply for accommodation in the parents' double room or apartment.
In summer: participation in the BIG Family Sommer Club for stays of 7 days possible (price on request).)
In winter: child-care at the Froneben mid-station (prices on request).

• Dogs are welcome, cleaning fee EUR 8.00 excl feed / day.
• Pets are not allowed in the dining room.

• Arrival: Usually the rooms can be entered from 2:00 p.m.
• Departure: Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on your departure day.
• Late arrival or early departure: Should you arrive later or depart later for whatever reason, the booked package is charged.
• The Regulations of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.
• You may pay your hotel bill in cash, by card, VISA, Eurocard or Mastercard.

yet unforeseeable events may require a cancellation. We are sure that you understand that we stick to the conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry.   

Cancellations are annoying, for both parties. It is a pity if you can’t come. It is also a pity, if the rooms are free, although other guests would have liked to come. So we make the following suggestion in case things change: Please inform us immediately. We will do our best to make concessions.

Our tip: We recommend all our guests to take out a travel cancellation insurance and point out that if you arrive late or depart earlier we have to charge the whole room price!

• up to 3 months before travel: no cancellation free
• from 3 months to 1 month before arrival : 40% of the booked price
• from 1 month to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the booked price
• In the last week before your arrival (7 days): 90% of the booked price
• in case of early check-out or not arrival 100%
