Did you know that ours is a hotel with its own farm? Host Michael is a sheep breeder in the Stubai Valley – and quite a successful one. For his work as a breeder he has received numerous prizes and awards. We are very proud of that. And our guests can be happy about it too: Our lamb from the Tyrolean mountains is a real culinary highlight served in our hotel’s restaurant.
