The impressive landscape is also perfect for mountain biking, electric biking, climbing and the like. White Water & Nature Spots

In July and August you can embark on gourmet hiking nights at the back of the Stubai. These culinary experiences are provided by the Stubaier Genussbetriebe.

Electric Bike & Mountain Bike
Discover the Stubai Valley on bike. Either with your own muscle power on a mountain bike or with an electric bike. 720 kilometres of sign-posted bike paths for beginners to pros await you in the Stubai Valley! Mountain bikers can tackle routes covering 13,000m of altitude gain. Leisure cyclists can head for one of the 20 rental stations for electric bikes. There are several charging station in the entire valley.
Running & Nordic Walking
What could be more beautiful than running in the outdoors and taking deep breaths of fresh air and exploring the breath-taking nature and the mountain world. From even trails along the entire valley to demanding high-altitude running tracks – the Stubai Valley offers a varied network of trails. In addition to pursuing spots, the athletes can enjoy the breath-taking landscapes of the Stubai and run past lush mountain pastures, through dense forests and past waterfalls.
Rock climbing enthusiasts can tackle several via ferratas, climbing crags and high-ropes-courses in the Stubai. Particular highlights are the long and demanding Ochsenwand via ferrata in the Schlick Kalkkögel mountains as well as the Elfer via ferrata, which offers an impressive view. The high-ropes-course in Fulpmes is fun for the whole family. There are routes at different levels of difficulty, so that climbing fun is guaranteed for all.

Paragliding & Hang-Gliding
Discover the Stubai Valley from a bird’s eye perspective – a real experience for beginners and pros! The Stubai Valley is known among hang-gliders far beyond the borders. But not only experienced gliders can enjoy flying to the full. Beginners can learn how to fly from scratch in special aviation schools. There is also a programme for people who are curious about this sport – a tandem flight provides adrenaline rush for adventurists – enjoy the view of the Stubai mountains.
